Ninoul is a creative identity I developed from 2020 onward, using YouTube, Instagram and Tik Tok to explore formats and experience the creator ecosystem firsthand, starting with comedy and vlogs.
THE BEGINNING OF EXPERIMENTATION
By the third video, I had already decided to push the production further, reaching out to laundromats to secure a private location and structure the project more professionally.
After a few videos, I felt the urge to merge entertainment and fiction. I brought together a small team, structured a shooting schedule, and wrote a script to make the production process as smooth and controlled as possible.
0–8 min: entertainment-driven.
8 min to end: shift into fiction.
This project led me to reflect on pacing and audience retention. I identified rhythm as a key factor and began developing new approaches to sustain engagement in future work.
SCRIPTED PROJECT
St Valentin’ was my first 100% fictional comedy sketch project.

My largest project was a Dora Parody, where I pushed the production scale for the first time.
I wrote the script through a collaborative development process, refining the concept to reach the most coherent and effective version.
I designed the casting strategy by identifying the most relevant profiles for each role and I coordinated the production logistics, organizing the shoot around everyone’s schedules.
I managed the recruitment of around ten extras and led the full team on set, actors and technical crew, overseeing the entire shoot.

I started posting on TikTok in 2023, initially sharing spontaneous content without a structured posting strategy. Over time, I developed a strong understanding of what differentiates viral content from underperforming content, from pacing and structure to engagement dynamics.
I now approach each video with a clear sense of its viral potential before publishing.

Today, I’m in a phase of creative reconstruction, moving beyond Ninoul to build a new identity through Kruzoe, grounded in narrative, visual direction, and long-term storytelling projects.
